A new study shows that seven out of ten millennials in Britain are expected to be overweight or obese by their late 30s or early 40s.
The group covers those born between the early 1980s and mid-90s and Cancer Research UK says they are on track to be the fattest generation since records began.
The study also shows that just half of their parents - the so-called 'baby boomers' born just after World War II - were overweight or obese at that age.
Cancer Research UK warned that being overweight is the UK's biggest cause of cancer after smoking and that millennials needed to maintain a balanced diet.
