Police in northern France are reopening files on unsolved rape cases - after a man admitted carrying out around forty sex attacks dating back to the nineteen-nineties. French media have named the suspect as Dino Scala - a fifty-seven year-old grandfather and caretaker who was president of his village football club. The BBC's Tim Allman reports.
