টমেটো সস তৈরি ও সংরক্ষণ পদ্ধতি|

"টমেটো” লাল টুকটুকে এই সবজিটির সেজন প্রায় শেষই হতে চলল। আর এখনই সময় বেশি করে টমেটো সংরক্ষণ করার। আর সেই ধারাবাহিকতার ভিত্তিতেই আজ আমি আপনাদের জন্য “টমেটো সস” এর রেসিপি নিয়ে এসেছি।

উপকরণ:
১। টমেটো ১/২ কেজি।
২। লবণ ১/৪ চা চামচ।
৩। লাল মরিচ গুড়া ১ চা চামচ।
৪। চিনি ১/৪ কাপ।
৫। সাদা ভিনেগার ১/৪ কাপ।
