Five More Bill Cosby Accusers Allowed to Testify at Retrial According to The Hollywood Reporter, Judge Steven O'Neill agreed to allow the accusers to testify at Cosby's retrial on Apr. 2. Cosby will be retried on charges of drugging and raping a woman named Andrea Constand in 2004. According to NBC News, the five women claim they were sedated and sexually assaulted between 1982 and 1996. "It shows how desperate they [prosecutors] are, and this is a very weak case. Mr. Cosby is innocent of these charges."
