Senior Congress leader Raj Babbar on Wednesday debunked rumours of his resignation from the post of Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee President. Speaking to media persons, Babbar said, “Don't know from where this rumour is doing the rounds. In any case all of us in Congress are party workers, posts and positions are symbolic.”
