Ingredients:-
1 tbsp. Oil
1 tsp. Mustard Seeds
1 tbsp. Cashews
1 tbsp. Ginger, finely chopped
1 Onion, finely chopped
½ Capsicum, finely chopped
1 Carrot, finely chopped
12-15 French Beans, finely chopped
½ cup Semolina
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
1 tsp. Sambar Masala/Garam Masala
½ tsp. Dried Fenugreek Leaves
1 tsp. Ginger-Chilli Paste
1 tbsp. Raisins
1½ cup Water
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
Salt, to tase
Coriander Leaves, finely chopped
2 tsp. Gram Flour + Water + Salt
Method:-
1. In a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds, cashews, ginger, onion, capsicum, carrot, french beans and saute them well.
2. Then add semolina, turmeric powder, sambar masala, fenugreek leaves, ginger-chilli paste, raisins, water, lemon juice, salt and coriander leaves. Cook until the mixture is dry and cooled down to room temperature.
3. Make cutlets shapes of the mixture as shown in the video.
4. Make a mixture of gram flour, water and salt.
5. Dip the cutlets in the gram flour mixture and then in semolina or breadcrumbs.
6. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry on a medium flame until brown in colour.
