Assistant Commandant Capt. Penny Chaudhary, co-pilot of the Indian Coast Guard Chetak helicopter, which crashed near Murud in Raigad earlier this month, is dead. The chopper was on a routine sortie earlier this month with four passengers: Deputy Commandant Balwinder Singh, Assistant Commandant Choudhary, and two divers Sandeep and Baljeet.
