Actor Verne Troyer was reportedly hospitalized Monday night after emergency personnel were called to his North Hollywood residence. A Los Angeles Fire Department spokesperson says that personnel responded around at 8:30 p.m. to a “reported poisoning” at an address listed as Troyer’s. A statement on the actor's Facebook page says that he is "getting the best care possible and is resting comfortably.” Back in April 2017, Troyer, best known for his role as Mini-me in the 'Austin Powers' film series, said he was entering a treatment center to combat alcohol addiction.
