Indian wrestler Rahul Aware won gold in the men's 57 kilogram category at the 21st Commonwealth Games (CWG). Aware defeated Steven Takahashi of Canada 3-1 in the final. Indian badminton mixed doubles pairs of Ashwini Ponnappa and Satwik Rankireddy, and N.Sikki Reddy and Pranaav Chopra advanced to the quarter-finals at the 21st Commonwealth Games.
