Kris Jenner kicked off Kourtney Kardashian's birthday party by giving a heartfelt speech.



The momager seemed tipsy as she thanked Kourntey, who turned 39 on Wednesday, for teaching her how to be a great mother, before they celebrated the party with family and friends.



Kris also said that her oldest child taught her how to love and described Kourtney as the biggest blessing in her life.



This wasn’t Kourtney’s only birthday celebration this year as earlier this week, she celebrated with her sisters while visiting new mother, Khloe Kardashian in Cleveland.
