Amitabh Bachchan ji echoes this very pathos in society where films and promotions and such days are shared with so much fervour but very few spare a thought for incidents like this soldier Lance Naik Hanamanthappa Koppad who was buried for more than a week in Siachen after an avalanche but came out alive.

Bollywood personalities like Rishi Kapoor and Aamir Khan also echoed Bachchan ji’s sentiments and joined the brigade of film persona who stood by the soldier and prayed for his recovery from the comatose condition he has gone into.

Lance Naik has only shown and lived the adage of sar kata saktey hain lekin sar jhuka saktey nahin and has fought through his predicament under the snow thanks to an air pocket.
