A suspect who killed a Dallas police officer has been charged with capital murder. 29-year-old Armando Juarez opened fires on the officers at a Home Depot on Tuesday. A fellow officer was also shot in the incident and remains in critical condition. The capital murder charge against Juarez could bring about the death penalty.
