GRILLING PORK CHOPS\r
\r
4 Lbs. Pork Chops, about 6 (1/2 thick) chops, most fat trimmed \r
1 cup water\r
1/2 cup vegetable oil or canola \r
2 tablespoons garlic, minced (about 3-4 large cloves)\r
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar\r
1/2 cup soy sauce\r
3 tablespoons seasoned salt\r
Juice of 1 fresh lime\r

1. Add pork chops, single layer, in a 13 by 9pan. Set aside.\r

2. In a small mixing bowl add water, oil, garlic, brown sugar, \r
soy sauce, seasoned salt and lime juice. Whisk. Pour over pork chops. Cover and refrigerate up to two (2) hours.\r

3. Fifteen (15) minutes before grilling.remove marinated chops from refrigerator. Meanwhile, clean grill surface, oil grill and heat to medium-high.\r

4. Add pork chops to smoking hot grill. Cook 5 minutes, rotate chops a quarter turn. Cook 2 more times. Flip chops over and cook an additional 5 minutes. Rotate chops and cook an additional 2 minutes. Rule of thumb.1/2 marinated pork chops should grill NO longer then fourteen (14) minutes in total. \r

5. Remove chops from grill to a clean serving dish. Cover for 10 minutes before serving.\r
