Salman now is living up to that promise, and willing to give one lac and one thousand rupees to each of the Indian athletes who competed in the Rio Olympics this year.

The Indian Olympics Associations Secretary General Rajeev Mehta was reported saying, ““Salman Khan sent a letter to me on Monday thanking the IOA for appointing him as goodwill ambassador of Indian contingent at Rio Olympics. He has requested me to send the details of all Indian Rio Olympians like their PAN number.” We already knew how dashing Salman’s style is, now we also know how big his heart is too.
