Kannur: Soumya, who was arrested for the murder of 4 family members including her parents and two daughters at Padanakkara in Pinarayi has been send in police custody on Wednesday. Thalassery first class judicial magistrate send her in police custody for four days. Earlier the evening, she was taken to her house at Padanakkara for evidence collection. Police took Soumya into custody and recorded her arrest on Tuesday. Police are of the opinion that besides Soumya, none others are involved in the murder. When the police interrogated Soumya on Tuesday, she had admitted to the crime of killing her parents and her 8-year-old daughter. Soumya confessed that she murdered her parents and children.
