South Korean Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha says the inter-Korean summit will set the course for the planned summit between the U.S. and North Korea.
Speaking to CNN on Thursday,... the top diplomat said she'd consider the inter-Korean summit a success if there's a joint statement of understanding "on a broad set of issues" including denuclearization, peace, and relations between the two countries.

Kang also said she was certain the meeting between U.S. President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un will go ahead.
She also strongly praised President Trump, saying a lot of credit should go to him as he's been determined to get to grips with the North Korea issue from day one.
She also hailed President Moon Jae-in for his determination to get Pyongyang back to talks.
