It seems that Congress is in favour of making Bengaluru the second capital of India and for the same the congress in its manifesto has promised to allocate 1 lakh crore rupees to develop infrastructure in the silicon valley of the country. Before this Belgavi was made the second capital of the poll bound state, though no official announcement was made in this regard. The question remains is this really for Dravidian pride or just a political gimmick to lure voters.
