Boy Scouts of America announced on Wednesday that it's dropping the word "Boy" from its signature program. On the heels of its decision in Octoberto begin offering programs for girls, the organization plans to rename the Boy Scouts, which is for kids 10 to 17. Starting in February 2019, the organization will be called Scouts BSA. But the Girl Scouts of the USA still considers itself the best organization in the country when it comes to educating female leaders.
