Three woman filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Charlie Rose.
The suit accused the disgraced journalist of inappropriately touching them and making offensive comments.
Rose was fired by CBS News following revelations of sexual harassment last year.
Filed in New York state court, the lawsuit is the first to be filed against Rose following allegations of sexual misconduct during his tenure at CBS.
