Hawaii resident Keith Brook returned home to find a fountain of lava erupting from a fissure across from his backyard in the Leilani Estates neighborhood on May 6.At least 26 homes in the Leilani Estates area of the Big Island have been destroyed by lava flows after a dozen vent opened following the eruption of the Kilauea volcano and a 6.9 magnitude earthquake on May 4.
