BRIAN GHILLIOTTI: NIANTIC, CONNECTICUT: EXAMINING MORE ALIGNED PAIRS OF GLACIAL ERRATICS

Here I examine more sets of closely paired glacial erratic boulders, all placed on locally prominent terrain features. At least two of these sets are also aligned with the set of closely paired glacial erratic stones that are just behind the semi-circular stone cluster (one of which had quarrying done around it). I also note a triple alignment of glacial stones that have been used to facilitate the construction of a stone wall. I do not take a position if these boulders have been placed or not. Native Americans probably would have seen something sacred about this landscape regardless. Brian Ghilliotti
