Cardi B and Offset Sued Over Post-Met Gala Fight ‘TMZ’ reported that Giovanni Arnold is suing Cardi and her fiancé Offset for an assault that happened outside of a Met Gala afterparty. In a video posted by ‘TMZ,’ Arnold asks Cardi for an autograph as she and Offset leave the afterparty and head to their vehicle. When he is ignored, Arnold expresses his disappointment, which Offset responds with “Shut up, bro, before a n---- beat you out here." Three members of Offset’s entourage then attacked Arnold — which the report claimed left him hospitalized with injuries to his face, neck and back.
