"Jeff with Premier is wonderful to work with. He is very thorough and extremely professional. He was at the appointment early, provided us with pictures, videos, and descriptions for each of the problem areas. He even helped us see the difference between things that were urgent and things that were not. An inspection had already been done on this property by a previous buyer, but Jeff found an active leak that the other inspector missed. This not only saved money on the purchase but lots of money down the road because the leak was in such an obscure place."
