A hotel manager has entered the record books after making a king-sized
bed - in just 74 SECONDS. Nimble Andrea Warner, 41, set the world
record after spending 12 years working at the hotel - where she has
made an incredible 120,000 beds. The astonishing feat took place at
the Travelodge in Wellingborough, Northants., in front of over 200
guests and officials from Guinness World Records. Andrea, from
Wellingborough, took just 74 seconds to fit a sheet, duvet, two
pillowcases and even added a decorative bed runner. There was no
official record for making a king-size bed before Andrea's attempt -
but a Premier Inn employee had set an unofficial time at a sluggish
95-seconds in 2011. Andrea - whose personal unofficial fastest time
is just 58 seconds - said: "Not in my wildest dreams did I ever think
that I would set a brand new Guinness World Record.
