The leaflet, about free parking, was put through the letterboxes on behalf of Sharon Snook and Derek Tanswell, who are UKIP councillors. It was only intended for residents in Frome, Somerset, but has now been read around the world after it was coming into the hands of a disappointed English teacher. The teacher, who has not been named, was so shocked by the grammatical mistakes and spelling errors she decided to mark it.
