This is the hilarious moment a spooked dog ran through town centre with a lottery sign hurtling behind it. The frightened pooch was caught on CCTV trying to run away from the National Lottery sign despite being tied up to it by its owner. The bizarre scene was caught on camera at the Best-One convenience store on Stirling's Baker Street. Owner Saeed Khalily, 52, said: "The dog owner tied their pet to the lottery sign but the dog is a lot stronger than it looks and ran down the street.
