A mum smiled for the first time in a decade after doctors removed a 6lb tumour from her jaw.

Alka Wagh, 44, was branded an "evil spirit" by her neighbours due to the huge lump which had been growing on her face for ten years.

Doctors initially said it was too risky to operate, but took a chance after it got so big she couldn't eat, breathe or even talk properly.
