A vigilant motorbike rider casually stops next to a taxi driver and puts out his cigarette after smoking was banned in public places. Vinnie Ming spotted the cabbie lighting up and followed him along the road. He stopped next to the driver's window and plucked the lit cigarette from his fingers and threw it on the ground.
