Mahesh Manjrekar, Indian film director speaks about Hindi film Kurukshetra. He says, "Himesh has composed a different type of music in the film as per the demand of the script. One of the songs was shot in Switzerland and it comes very smoothly, it is a flashback where Sanjay Dutt and Mahima get married and then went on honeymoon to Switzerland then there is another song which is sort of a Mujra song Saroj Khan has done that song."

Kurukshetra is a 2000 Indian action film written and directed by Mahesh Manjrekar. It released on 10 November 2000 and stars Sanjay Dutt, Mahima Chaudhary and Om Puri in lead roles with Mukesh Rishi and Shivaji Satam in supporting roles.
