With the Singapore summit just around the corner,... the host city-state's foreign minister is to make an official visit to North Korea for two days starting Thursday.
Singapore's Foreign Ministry says Vivian Balakrishnan's visit is at the invitation of his North Korean counterpart, Ri Yong-ho.
Their talks will largely center on preparations for the historic summit.
