A doctor has removed a huge live leech from a man's nostril in southern China.
The clip, captured in Beihai City in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on June 4 reportedly by a nurse, shows the doctor using a pair of tweezers to pull out the whopping leech from a man's nose.
After it has been extracted, the leech can be seen wriggling on the end of the doctor's tweezers.
The 51-year-old patient looks at the slippery parasite in amazement.
He had reportedly been drinking water from the mountains while working in Yunnan Province.
His nose had been bleeding for more than 10 days, which is what led him to go to the hospital, where the leech was discovered.
