Also, these string beans are goddamn ADDICTIVE. I have made them around 37 times over the past two weeks. MAKE THEM AND BE HAPPY FOREVER!
To make the string beans, toss them with olive oil (you can do it in a bowl or on the pan, too), throw in some salt, pepper, whole grain mustard, toss, cook for a while on 400, rastle 'em up, cook some more, try them then take them out when you think they're good. I would put in more mustard than I did in the video.
