The Rajini's Kaala movie has set a new opening day record, in terms of box office collection. The movie has a first day collection of Rs.1.76 crore in Chennai. Before this Vijay's Mersal's record of Rs 1.52 crore was in top.


ரஜினியின் காலா திரைப்படம் முதல் நாள் வசூலில், விஜய்யின் மெர்சல் படத்தை மிஞ்சியுள்ளது. காலா படம் நல்ல வசூலை பெற்றுள்ளதாக தகவல் கிடைத்துள்ளது. திரைப்படம் வெளிவான நேற்று, சென்னையில் மட்டும் காலா படம் ரூ.1.76 கோடி வசூலித்தது. இதற்கு முன்பு விஜய்யின் மெர்சல் படம் ரூ.1.52 கோடி வசூலித்து முதலிடத்தில் இருந்தது.
