Paris Hilton nearly topples over on the catwalk as she struts her stuff in sky high heels.

The socialite and TV star was on the runway of a Dosso Dossi fashion show in the Turkish city of Antalya when she nearly suffered an embarrassing trip

Looking smart in a bright red coat, matching hat and gloves, the star's lace up over-the-knee boots almost got the better of her.

Luckily, she managed to regain her balance and laughed before continuing the show.

The star changed outfits four times for the Dosso Dossi show.

She also looked striking in a leather cat, T-shirt and gloves as she posed with models at the end of the show.
