A Singapore airlines passenger has alleged that the flight ill-treated her and her elderly parents. Chandani doulatramani was flying back to Kolkata with Singapore airlines sq 516 when the crew ill-treated her elderly parents as well as other senior citizens on the flight. The shocking video has now gone viral after Chandani uploaded it on her facebook page. The flight was delayed due to improper functioning of the air conditioner in the flight. Instead of being helpful the cabin crew behaved rudely with the passengers.
