No-bake chocolate cake | Baking with Anchor Butter

From our baking with Anchor Butter series, delicious no-bake chocolate cake made by Mumsnetter Emma and her two boys (who had a LOT of fun bashing up the digestive biscuits!).

RECIPE & INGREDIENTS
85g Anchor butter
28g Sugar
1 tbsp Golden Syrup
227g crushed digestive biscuits
2 tbsp Cocoa
Small packet chocolate drops or Flake bar

Melt the butter, sugar and golden syrup in a saucepan. Stir in the crushed biscuits and cocoa, and tip into a 7” flan ring. Press everything down and top with extra chocolate if you're feeling decadent! You could also decorate the topping with the chocolate drops or crushed Flake bar. Then set-aside in the refrigerator until it's solid. Finally, dish up and tuck in!
