At a key meeting of government think-tank Niti Aayog yesterday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi invoked 'team India' while acknowledging that 'the governing council has approached complex issues of governance'. While the opposition chose to lash out at the Prime Minister Modi said that states received Rs 11 lakh crore compared to Rs 5 lakh core given in the last year of the previous govt and hoped for better cooperation.
