#VoicesFromWestPapua 1. Alomina Wenda
West Papuan refugee Mama Alomina Wenda gives her testimony about fleeing into Papua New Guinea to give birth after Indonesian military operations forced her and thousands of others to go into hiding in the jungle.
As is traditional for many West Papuan and Papua New Guinean women, Mama Alomina covered her face in mud to show mourning for her relatives who died and to show her determination for West Papua to be free.
