Demonstrators gathered at New York’s La Guardia Airport on June 20 to greet children separated from their parents by the government at the US border with Mexico, the ACLU said.
The New York Times reported that migrant children who had been separated from their parents at the border had been moved to facilities in New York in the custody of the federal government.
