A bomb threat prompted an evacuation and cancelation of an afternoon performance of The Gay Men’s Chorus of Los Angeles at the Alex Theatre on Saturday, June 23. The group said on Facebook there has never been a bomb threat in its 40-year history.
“We will not be deterred,” the post said. The group promised to seat everyone at its future performances through the weekend. There were 600 people evacuated from the building, a news report said. Credit: Gregory Butler via Storyful
