Hello, I'm Michelle Park here with the latest weather update. As of now, there's only light rain in the southern part of the country. But this is just temporary,... because the monsoon front will affect the south with more heavy rain until tomorrow.
The southern coast and mountainous regions will get another bucket full of up to 150 millimeters.

Meanwhile, Seoul and most of the northern regions will remain under cloudy skies,... with hot and humid conditions like today.

The morning begins at 22 degrees Celsius in Seoul and slightly warmer in the south.

But into the day, Seoul will be hotter than Busan at 29 degrees. Gwangju reaches 27, and Daegu 28 degrees.

Into the weekend, the monsoon front will make its way back up the peninsula once again,... soaking Seoul and the rest of the nation from Sunday until Monday. For Jeju and the southern regions, it's going to be long period of rain.
