The RSPCA has appealed for public information after seven sick puppies were found on the side of the road in Forest Hill, Queensland, on Tuesday, June 26.
The litter were all diagnosed with generalised demodex, a mite infection, which had resulted in hair loss and infections that could lead to scarring. A member of the public took the carton of puppies to University of Queensland’s veterinary small animal hospital, where they were then transferred to the RSPCA. Credit: RSPCA Queensland via Storyful
