South Korea's defense ministry says,... the two defense chiefs are going to discuss ways to implement agreements made during the summits between Seoul and Pyongyang,... and between Pyongyang and Washington.
The two military leaders are also expected to talk about the transfer of wartime operational control to South Korea.
Currently the ROK-U.S. Combined Forces Command, or CFC,... has wartime operation control,... and discussions are ongoing about transferring command to South Korea's Joint Chief of Staff.
