According to Reuters, a group of states sued the Environmental Protection Agency over climate change pollutants.
The suit also accuses EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt of trying to illegally roll back limits on the use of hydrofluorocarbons.
Eleven states and the District of Columbia filed the suit on April 27th for violations of the federal Clean Air Act.
