Danny Ainge has been known to surprise some with his personnel moves as president of basketball operations for the Boston Celtics, a factor which may have led speculated No. 1 pick Markelle Fultz to workout with the Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday.

According to ESPN's Chad Ford in speaking with several insiders, the Celtics and Josh Jackson appear to be a perfect match.
