Environmental Protection Agency chief Scott Pruitt is under 13 federal investigations. But that’s apparently not enough investigations for the EPA’s principal deputy, reports Gizmodo. Kevin Minoli, who's also the EPA's chief ethics officer, has been pushing for further investigations into Pruitt. This is the first public indication that Pruitt is facing a rebellion from the ethics chief. In the past, Minoli, had frequently defended Pruitt’s actions since he took over the agency in February 2017.
