Ingredients for premix:
2 tbsp Milk POwder
1 ½ tbsp Magaz powder (Muskmelon Seed Powder).
1 ½ tbsp White sesame powder, roasted
1 tsp Flour (Maida), roasted
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Garlic powder
Egg Curry Masala
1 tsp Turmeric powder
½ tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
½ tsp Chat Masala
½ White Pepper powder.
1 tsp Oil
2 Cardamom
1 Piece of Mace
3-4 Black Pepper
2 Cup Water
Ingredients for Dum Aloo:
2 tsp Oil
300 grams Baby Potatoes, boiled & peeled
Premix
Method of preparation for premix:
In a bowl add all the dry ingredients and mix well.
In a vessel add oil and once the oil heats add cardamom, black pepper.
Switch off the gas as soon as the masala's start leaving aroma.
Once it cools down, transfer it to the bowl containing dry ingredients and give it a mix.
Add water to the premix and mix well
Our Dum Aloo Premix is ready.
Method of preparation for Dum Aloo:
Add oil in a pan, once the oil heats add baby potatoes and saute them.
Add our premix to the potatoes and let them boil for 5-8 minutes.
Our Dum Aloo Premix Curry is ready.
