U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has been talking up a brighter future for North Korea,...urging Kim Jong-un to follow the path to prosperity taken by Vietnam.
Speaking at a business event in Hanoi on Sunday,... Pompeo says North Korea can replicate the path of prosperity and partnership the U.S. has with Vietnam, a long-time former enemy.
He added that if North Korea "seizes the moment", "the miracle" could be theirs, as well.
