In a stunning showcase of engine power, a Boeing 737 MAX 7 airplane attempted a near-vertical takeoff at the Farnborough International Airshow yesterday (July 18).

The Airshow is held annually and features air industry technical displays and trick flights. This takeoff, with its steep angle of attack climbout, was done as a performance showcase for the new plane.
