At least six people were injured from an apartment fire that sparked during the early morning of July 20 in San Marcos, Texas.
The fire was reported around 5 a.m. at the Iconic Village Apartments, near the campus of Texas State University. The fire started at one building and jumped to another, according to KXAN. One building at Vintage Pads across the street was also damaged.
At least 200 people were affected by the fire, according to KXAN. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
The San Marcos River was closed Friday due to runoff in the water, according to Fox 7 Austin.
